Hur många har inte tänkt den tanken ett otal gånger under sitt liv?
Men varför säger vi inte något? Varför står man inte upp för sig själv, uttrycker sin åsikt eller känsla eller fundering eller perspektiv ? utan istället hamnar med en klump i halsen, som flyttar sig ner till hjärtat för att sedan lägga sig gott fast i de tre lägre chakrana av kroppen och helt enkelt försvaga ens självförtroende, styrka och röst.
